Nancy has been implementing a holistic approach to keeping her dogs healthy which involves a balanced diet, regular exercise, and routine veterinary check-ups. Start by providing high-quality, nutritionally balanced food to meet your dog’s specific needs. Regular exercise, such as daily walks and playtime, is essential for maintaining a healthy weight and promoting mental stimulation. Keep an eye on their dental health by incorporating chew toys or dental treats.

I have done over 20 years of research on how to keep your fur baby healthy and happy. Nancy has done research on what spices you can give your fur babies and which ones to totally stay away from. Nancy will be sharing some recipes that she has used along with the right meats, vegetables, fruits and spices to feed your fur babies. Please check with your Veterinarian before you start any new things, if your pet is on pills this might not be safe and might encounter allergic effects in your animal. Ensuring the well being of your animal is not just a responsibility but a joyful commitment.
Hydration is crucial, so always ensure fresh water is readily available. Regular vet visits for vaccinations and preventive care can catch potential issues early. Pay attention to any changes in behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits, as these can be indicators of underlying health concerns. Finally, shower your pup with love and attention—emotional well-being is just as important as physical health. A happy and healthy dog is a cherished companion for years to come.
Nancy’s History
Nancy has been breeding Dachshunds and Shih Tzu’s for over 30 years. I have a Labrador Rescue now and love it. It’s a lot of work but I wouldn’t have it any other way. The love that I have for my animals.
When my first dachshund got sick I was determined to make sure that none of my other dogs would incur the same situation that Martha had to go through. This is when I started to do research on what to feed the animals and how it would affect their health for the long haul. What spices, meats and vegetables that would be safe for them. After 25 years of research I came up with recipes that I would be happy to share with my readers.
